This hands-on, practical course gives parents, grandparents, and carers the confidence to handle common childhood emergencies. Learn lifesaving skills including CPR, the recovery position, and how to respond to choking, bleeding, burns, head injuries, anaphylaxis, asthma, meningitis, and more.

Taught in a friendly and accessible way, this course is ideal for anyone who wants to feel prepared and calm in a crisis.

Babies and are welcome to attend the course. We don't mind if they need feeding, changing etc. Our space is welcoming and friendly - and we are passionate about you being able to access the course, not having to have the extra hassle of arranging childcare.
